Wat ga je doen?
As an operator, you ensure that the press lines run optimally. You are responsible for the quality of the soil blocks and ensure that the entire installation is maintained.
The activities of an operator consist of:
- Operating and maintaining the press lines;
- Operating the rock wool lines and/or sowing lines;
- Keeping the workplace clean;
- Applying the safety instructions;
- Ensuring an optimal process.
Wie ben jij?
An operator has a flexible attitude and technical knowledge. But what else do you bring with you?
- MBO work and thinking level;
- Accurate, stress resistant and flexible;
- Affinity with plants and machines;
- In possession of a valid forklift certificate (otherwise obtainable via Stadion Uitzenden);
- Willing to work in shifted day shifts and when necessary weekend days.

Your possible future employer is working in about 68 hectares. Greenhouse young plants for professional greenhouse vegetable and outdoor gardeners throughout Europe. In addition, fresh potted herbs for retail are grown year-round.
Working conditions:
- Gross hourly wage between €12,50 en €15,27 ;
- Shifted day shift;
- Long term position with possibility of takeover.
