Are you looking for a varied role as a Bakery Operator and do you feel at home in a modern production environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic Bakery Operator for an international manufacturing company in Kerkrade who is keen to work on a three-shift rota. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the production process and, together with your colleagues, ensure that bakery products are produced to the highest quality standards.
As a Bakery Operator, you will be responsible for operating the production lines, monitoring the process and identifying any deviations. You will work with precision, have an eye for quality and contribute to a safe and hygienic working environment.
During your working day, your tasks will include:
- Preparing dough according to set recipes;
- Setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery;
- Identifying and resolving minor technical faults;
- Cleaning and maintaining machinery and the workplace;
- Recording production data and process information;
- Complying with applicable regulations regarding safety, quality and hygiene.
Working hours
- You will work an average of 37.5 hours per week on a three-shift rota.
- Morning shift: 06:45 – 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:45 – 23:00
- Night shift: 22:45 – 07:00

For this role as a Bakery Operator, you will recognise yourself in the following:
- Experience as an operator in a production environment, for example as a production operator, machine operator, packaging operator or operator in the food industry;
- Experience with production processes and working to recipes;
- A sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to work;
- You work accurately and pay close attention to quality, safety and hygiene;
- You are proficient in Dutch and/or English
Wat ontvang je?
- A gross monthly salary of €2,886;
- Shift allowances of 34%, 37% and even 100%;
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre for journeys of 10 kilometres or more;
