For a modern manufacturer of concrete floor elements in Posterholt, we are looking for motivated Production Workers. You will work as part of an enthusiastic team producing high-quality concrete products for the residential and commercial construction sectors.
Previous experience in production, construction, or concrete is an advantage, but motivation, commitment, and reliability are what we value most.
What will you do as a Production Worker?
Working in a 2-shift system, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and preparing production moulds;
- Pouring and processing concrete;
- Installing spacers and reinforcement;
- Finishing concrete elements;
- Carrying out quality checks;
- Working according to applicable health and safety regulations;
- Keeping your workplace safe, clean, and organized;
- Working closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth production process.

- You speak Dutch, German, or English;

Wat ontvang je?
- A salary of up to €3,100 gross per month, including shift allowance;
- 15% shift allowance for working in a 2-shift system;
- A 2-shift schedule: one week from 06:00 to 14:30, followed by one week from 14:30 to 23:00;
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
- Travel allowance;
- 25 vacation days;
- 12 ADV days;
