Are you looking for a flexible job in production? We are recruiting motivated production staff for a well-known tortilla manufacturer in Kerkrade. You’ll be working in a modern production environment where teamwork, quality and a pleasant working atmosphere are key.
As a production worker, you’ll work in various departments within the production process. This means your tasks will be varied and you’ll get to know different parts of the business. Thanks to the flexible rota, this role is ideal for combining with your studies, family life or other work commitments.
What will you be doing?
As a production worker, you may be assigned to various departments. Examples of tasks include:
- Aligning tortillas on the production line (Shuffle);
- Restacking pallets that have not been assembled correctly;
- Assisting with dough preparation;
- Processing rejected tortillas in the rework department;
As you can work across multiple departments, the work remains varied and challenging.
Working hours
You’ll work according to your own availability between Sunday night and Friday night. There are three shifts:
- Morning shift: 06:45 to 15:00;
- Afternoon shift: 2.45 pm to 11.00 pm;
- Night shift: 10.45 pm to 7.00 am.
You indicate your own availability. The number of shifts scheduled may vary from week to week.

What do we expect from you?
For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic production worker who is keen to get stuck in.
We also require:
- Experience in a production environment is an advantage, but not essential;
- A responsible and motivated approach to work;
- An eye for quality, safety and hygiene;
- A good command of Dutch or English.
