We’re looking for motivated Production Operatives for an international tortilla manufacturer in Kerkrade who are keen to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You’ll be working in a modern production environment where teamwork, quality and a pleasant working atmosphere are key. Thanks to the flexible rota, you decide for yourself when you’re available.
What will you be doing?
As a Production Worker, you may be assigned to various departments. This means no two working days are the same, and you’ll get to know multiple aspects of the production process.
Your duties may include:
- Neatly placing tortillas on the production line and making any necessary adjustments;
- Restacking pallets when they have not been assembled correctly;
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of dough;
- Processing products with defects in accordance with the applicable procedures;
- Mixing tortillas and carefully packing them into boxes.
Working hours
-- You’ll work according to your own availability between Sunday night and Friday night. We operate a three-shift system:
- Morning shift: 06:45 – 15:00;
- Afternoon shift: 14:45 – 23:00;
- Night shift: 22:45 – 07:00.
You decide which days you are available. This makes this role ideal as a side job or part-time role.

For the role of Production Worker, we are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a production environment (an advantage, not a requirement);
- Is keen to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in;
- Works accurately and values quality;
- Can work safely and hygienically;
- Has a good command of Dutch or English.

- A gross hourly wage starting at €14.99, excluding shift allowances;
- Allowances of 34%, 37% and 100% for shift work;
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre for journeys of 10 kilometres or more;
