Our client is a family-owned company founded in 1923 in the Roermond region. Over the years, the company has grown into a modern organization where innovation, sustainability, and automation are key priorities. The employees are the foundation of the company’s success. Across the locations in Wanssum and Posterholt, around 300 employees work together daily, including 100 employees at the Posterholt site.
The company specializes in producing concrete floor slabs, ribbed floors, building elements, and structural concrete solutions. As a Productionworker, you will play an important role in the production process of concrete floor and ceiling panels. Together with your colleagues, you will work towards daily production targets and contribute to the construction of new homes and commercial buildings.
As a Productionworker, your tasks include:
- Preparing and assembling moulds;
- Pouring concrete;
- Installing plastic spacers;
- Placing reinforcement mesh and steel bars;
- Finishing concrete constructions;
- Cleaning and maintaining the production department.

- You are motivated and proactive;

- You speak Dutch, German, or English.

- A gross monthly salary of €2620,80;
- Full-time day shift position;
- Working hours from 06:00 AM to 14:45 PM;
- Travel allowance;
- 25 vacation days;
- 12 ADV days;
- Varied work with a high level of independence;
