We are looking for a motivated warehouse employee for Rubix in Venlo. You will work in a tidy, structured environment where quality is most important. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time.
In this role, accuracy and an eye for detail are essential. At Rubix, it is not just about speed; delivering consistent quality is the top priority.
As a warehouse employee, you will be responsible for:
- Order picking using a scanner;
- Packing orders and preparing them for shipment;
- Checking products for quantity and quality;
- Replenishing stock;
- Working according to established processes and targets;
You will work daily with clear processes that prioritize quality and accuracy.

- Proven experience within logistics;
- A proactive attitude and the initiative to spot work that needs doing;
- An accurate working style and a sense of responsibility for your work;
- The ability to work both independently and well within a team;
- Proficiency in English and/or Dutch;
- Adherence to applicable safety regulations.
Wat ontvang je?
- Gross hourly wage of €17.88 (incl. 13.75% shift allowance);
- Full-time gross monthly salary of around €3,100 (up to €2,600 net, depending on personal circumstances and allowances);
