Are you technically skilled, do you enjoy working in a production environment, and are you someone who likes to get things done? For a leading international company in the food industry located in Kerkrade, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Bakery Operator to join the team in a 3-shift system.
Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bakery products every day. You will monitor the production process, solve minor technical issues, and work according to the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene.
What will you do?
- Preparing dough according to fixed recipes
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines
- Detecting and independently resolving minor malfunctions
- Cleaning and maintaining machines and the workplace
- Recording and reporting production data
- Ensuring a safe, hygienic, and efficient production process
Working Hours (3-Shift System)
You will work 37.5 hours per week in the following shifts:
- Morning shift: 06:45 – 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:45 – 23:00
- Night shift: 22:45 – 07:00
Dit bezit je:
- Experience in a production environment, such as: operator, production operator, packaging operator, machine operator, food production operator, 3-shift operator, or production employee with operator experience
- Experience working with recipes and production processes
- A strong sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality
- Attention to quality, safety, and hygiene
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language

- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer from 10 km onwards
