Are you an experienced operator who enjoys working in a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and safety are key? For a leading company in the food industry located in Kerkrade, we are looking for a motivated Packaging Operator to join the team in a 3-shift system.
In this role, you will play an important part in the packaging process. You ensure the production lines run smoothly, minor malfunctions are resolved quickly, and products leave the factory perfectly packaged. What will you do?
As a Packaging Operator, you are responsible for maintaining an efficient, safe, and high-quality production process. Your tasks include:
- Operating, adjusting, and monitoring packaging machines
- Detecting and independently resolving minor technical issues
- Refilling and replacing packaging materials
- Performing quality checks according to company guidelines
- Cleaning and maintaining machines and the work environment
- Recording production data and reporting any irregularities
- Contributing to a safe, clean, and organized workplace
Working Hours (3-Shift System)
You will work an average of 37.5 hours per week in the following shifts:
- Morning shift: 06:45 – 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:45 – 23:00
- Night shift: 22:45 – 07:00
Dit bezit je:
- Experience in a production environment, such as: operator, production operator, packaging operator, machine operator, food production operator, or production employee with operator experience
- Experience in the food industry is a plus, but not required
- Technical insight and a proactive work attitude
- Accurate working style with strong attention to quality and safety
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
