Wat ga je doen?
For our client in the are of Maastricht, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.
You will manage key European customers, handle orders and ensure smooth service from first contact to final delivery.
As a Customer Service Representative you will work close with colleagues across different departments. You will play a key part in meeting the customer service goals and objectives.
Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:
- Main contact for European customers via email, video calls, and phone;
- Handle inquiries on products, pricing, delivery, and orders;
- Communicate customer needs, goals, and concerns to management;
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accurate pricing, shipping and instructions;
- Track delivery issues and complaints, providing timely resolutions;
- Manage price lists, discounts, and sales adjustments.
Dit bezit je:
- Excellent command of English and Dutch;
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing/technical environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or customer systems;
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably including implementation or setup;
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and service- and team-focused.
Wat ontvang je?
- Direct contract with the employer, with the prospect of a permanent position;
- Salary up to €4,300 gross per month (including 13th month), based on experience and skills;
- 30 vacation days;
