Wat ga je doen?
You work an average of 38 hours per week and receive a thorough internal onboarding, after which you will quickly be deployed independently. You will help prepare traditional Limburg vlaai, éclairs, parisiennes and many other delicious artisan products.
Your responsibilities include:
- Being responsible for producing a fixed range of products according to various recipes and specific production techniques, using both manual and mechanical processes.
- Independently carrying out all standard and related tasks involved in production preparation.
- Assisting with the cutting and packaging of products.
- Independently setting oven conditions, loading oven racks, monitoring and adjusting the baking process, unloading ovens, and checking finished products for taste, colour, aroma and shape.
- Monitoring and reporting the use of raw materials, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
- Adjusting fixed process parameters independently, based on professional expertise, experience and quality standards.
- Keeping the workspace and equipment clean, identifying irregularities or malfunctions, and properly sorting and disposing of waste.

- A market-conform salary starting from €16,50 gross per hour, excluding allowances, in accordance with the CAO for Artisan Bakeries (Ambachtelijke Bakkerijen).

Clear and fixed working hours, so you always know where you stand: Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 14:30, Friday: 05:00 – 13:30 and Saturday & Sunday: 04:00 – 10:00 (rotating)
