Wat ga je doen?
- As a Lean Egineer you design, implement, and optimize operational processes (existing and new)
- Coordinate and execute cross-functional process improvement projects
- Drive continuous improvement of workflows, communication, and collaboration within the Venlo site and across the EMEA region
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives (SAP enhancements, RPA)
- Monitor KPIs and initiate corrective actions to achieve performance goals
- Train and coach teams in Lean methodologies
- Plan, organize, and facilitate Kaizen events and Lean workshops
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal quality policies
Dit bezit je:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- As a Lean Engineer you have minimum 3 years’ experience in Lean process improvement within logistics or supply chain
- Proficient in data analysis (Microsoft Office and Power BI)
- Lean Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred)
- Fluent in English
