As a Repair Engineer Electronics, your responsibilities will include:
- Fault diagnosis: Using schematics, multimeters, and oscilloscopes to identify defects in assembled circuit boards;
- Precision repair: Replacing defective components, ranging from larger connectors to very small SMD components (0402 or smaller);
- Modifications: Executing ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) on existing stock;
- Quality control: Reporting recurring issues to the product development or production department to support continuous improvement;
- Microscope soldering: Performing repairs and modifications according to IPC-A-610 standards;
- Documentation: Accurately registering your work and findings;
- Workplace organization: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

As a Repair Engineer Electronics, you are highly precise and enjoy working on small, detailed tasks. In addition, the following is expected from you:
- Technical knowledge: You have an MBO-level education in Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience;
- Soldering expertise: You have proven experience with fine soldering (SMD & through-hole);
- Analytical skills: Reading schematics and logical reasoning come naturally to you;
- Attention to detail: You work very accurately and are comfortable handling microscopic components;
- Language skills: You have a good command of Dutch and/or English for reading safety instructions and work procedures;
- Availability: You are available to work full-time.
