Are you an experienced Team Leader Warehouse who likes to make a difference in a dynamic logistics environment? At our client in Born, as a Team Leader Warehouse you will get the chance to put your leadership and logistics knowledge to full use. You will manage an enthusiastic team of 5 to 10 employees, be active on the shop floor and ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
As Team Leader Warehouse, you will be responsible for:
- Managing, motivating and supervising the logistics team (5-10 employees)
- Working on the shop floor to meet deadlines and guarantee quality
- Drawing up clear and feasible timetables
- Continuous improvement of work processes and logistics flow
Dit bezit je:
- Full-time availability in 2 shifts;
- Good command of the English language;
- Experience with the ERP system SAP(ECC) or extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA(EWM)
- At least 2 years' experience in a managerial position within logistics;

- Salary up to €3,500 gross per month based on knowledge and experience;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;
- 24 holidays;
- 8% holiday allowance;
