As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will join our client, a leading medical technology company known for developing innovative solutions worldwide. Based at their modern distribution center in Venlo, they supply high-quality medical products to customers around the globe. As a Warehouse Team Leader you will manage daily warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team of staff.
What are you going to do as a Warehouse Team Leader?
- Leads and coaches a warehouse team of 10 to 15 members;
- Manages absenteeism and supports reintegration;
- Oversees onboarding and ongoing development of team members;
- Tracks and communicates key KPIs like productivity and quality;
- Leads daily performance meetings focused on planning and results;
- Takes ownership of team performance and contributes to overall supply chain success;
- Implements Lean/Kaizen improvement initiatives;
- Always follows and shows good safety and quality habits.
Dit bezit je:
- You are available full-time;
- Good command of English and German;
- Completed education, preferably in a logistics-related field;
- Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or related positions;
- Experienced in Lean/Kaizen with proven process improvements;
- Proficient in WMS and MS Office, preferably knowledge of SAP WM;
- In possession of, or willing to obtain, certifications for EPT, forklift, reach truck, and first aid (BHV);
