Your possible future employer is a company that anodizes aluminum. They are the market leader in the Benelux and the only company in the world with a 22 meter long anodizing line.
Due to our unique color options, their products are increasingly used in architecture.
As an operator you are responsible for anodizing and possibly coloring the stretched charges in the production line.
Your tasks include:
· Optimal processing of the stretched charges in the production line, taking the entire production into account;
· Dosing the chemicals in our process baths;
· Colors within the limit samples or color values;
· Perform quality checks on batches to be treated and treated;
· Monitoring boundary parameters and preventive maintenance around the production line;
· Comply with safety regulations and promote them as such;
Dit bezit je:
· Preferably completed process operator training or experience as an operator;
· Willingness to delve (further) into the anodizing process;
